Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CC-2580 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 16 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 5007 Down, NAPLES WINTERPARK NORTH, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1218, Page 952, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
