Notice is hereby GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 19, 2012 entered in Case No. 11-CC-3076 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Naples, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash in the Atrium, First Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112 at 11:00 a.m. on the 16th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 4704 of NAPLES WINTERPARK NORTH, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in O.R. Book 1264, Page 2236 through 2308, inclusive, of the public records of Collier County, Florida; together with any and all Amendments thereto, as from time to time may be filed of record; together with an undivided share of interest in the common Elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
