Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on November 13, 2009, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
LOT 86, ORANGE TREE UNIT FOUR, CITRUS GREENS SECTION, PHASE 2-A, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 124 THROUGH 125, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 970 MURCOTT DRIVE, NAPLES, FL 34120; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, in the atrium on the first floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on April 19, 2012 at 11:00 a.m..
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
