NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 14th day of March, 2012, in Civil Action No. 11-CA-03535, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, in which EH POOLED 311, LP, is the Defendant, and LELY PINES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st Floor Atrium, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19th day of April, 2012, the following real property located in Collier County, Florida:
UNIT 2, LELY PINES CONDOMINIUM, F/K/A THE HAMLET, UNIT 2, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 437, PAGE 302, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
