NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2010-CA-002228, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FKA WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA; REGENT PARK MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC.; REGENT PARK SINGLE FAMILY HOMES ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DELORES A. KRAYER A/K/A DELORES KRAYER and DELORES A KRAYER A/K/A DELORES KRAYER IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK 2, REGENT PARK REPLAT, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 14, PAGES 57 AND 58, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA; BEING A REPLAT OF REGENT PARK, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGES 40 AND 41, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
