NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale dated the 21 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-2008-CA-003114, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein INDYMAC BANK, F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and ROBERTO ACOSTA; DEYSI ACOSTA, JOHN DOE and JANE DOE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the, atrium on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, 34112, at 11:00 a.m. on the 19 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 75 FEET OF THE EAST 180 FEET OF TRACT 12, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT NO.81, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, AT PAGE 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA..
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
