Brown, III, Ibis Club at Naples Condominium Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit corporation, Unknown Spouse of Harry J. Brown III n/k/a Patricia Brown, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 19th day of April, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT NO. 808, BLDG. 8 IBIS CLUB AT NAPLES CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4112, PAGE 3199, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A/K/A 8285 IBIS CLUB WAY UNIT 808, NAPLES, FL 34104
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
