Grissom, Hickory Harbour Condominium Association, Inc., Nelco Electric, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Bret Garcia, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, Collier County in the Atrium of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 1st floor, Collier County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 16th day of April, 2011, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 107, OF HICKORY HARBOUR CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 995, AT PAGE 804, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS THE SAME ARE ESTABLISHED AND IDENTIFIED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF.
