Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered on February 14, 2012, in Case No.: 10-283-CA, of the Circuit Court, in and for Collier County, Florida, in which M&I BANK, FSB, a federal savings bank, is the Plaintiff and DAYSI DEL SOL, JOHN DOE n/k/a JOSE FERRIER, and JANE DOE n/k/a YANAHIRY SAAVEDRA, are the Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail, 1st Floor Atrium, Naples, Collier County, Florida, 34112, First Floor at 11:00 a.m., on April 16, 2012, the following described property, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 11, Block 222 GOLDEN GATE UNIT 7, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5, Pages 135 through 146, inclusive, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
