Notice is hereby given that the undersigned, DWIGHT E. BROCK, Clerk of Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, will on the 16 day of April, 2012, at 11:00 A.M., at the Collier County Courthouse Annex, on the First floor, Atrium Area, 3315 E. Tamiami Trail, in Naples, Florida 34112, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Collier County, Florida, to wit:
Lots 26, 27, 28 and 29, Block 38, NEWMARKET SUBDIVISION, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 1, Pages 104-105, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
pursuant to the final decree of foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is: FLORIDA COMMUNITY BANK, N.A. vs. GARY W. DIMAS AND HORTENCIA A. DIMAS, husband and wife; and the docket number of which is Number 2011-CA-3489.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER OR THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
