NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 14th day of December, 2011, and entered in Case No. 48-2009-CA-018130 O of the Circuit Court of the 9TH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and RAYMUNDO A. RODRIGUEZ, REGIONS BANK F/K/A AMSOUTH BANK, VISTA LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC., WACHOVIA BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, DOMINGA FLAQUER and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The foreclosure sale is hereby scheduled to take place on-line on the 19th day of April, 2012 at 11:00 a.m., to the highest bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com. The Orange County Clerk of Court shall sell the property described to the highest and best bidder for cash after giving notice as required by section 45.031, Florida statutes, as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 100, VISTA LAKES VILLAGE N-1 (PEMBROKE), ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 90, 91, 92, 93 AND 94, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
