NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 6, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2010 CA 018630 O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and AMAL MENIAS, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of April, 2012 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 122, Hunter`s Creek Tract 515, Phase 1 & Hunter`s Vista Boulvard Phase 111, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 44, Pages 8 through 11, inclusive, as recorded in the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
