Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a summary final judgment in the above-captioned action, I will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as follows:
Unit 100, of 8303 Resort, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 7987, Page 4855 and as amended in Official Records Book 8260, Page 2627, both of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida, and any amendments thereto, together with its undivided share in the common elements.
at public sale, in the presence of the Plaintiff, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, on the 23rd day of April, 2012, at 11:00 a.m., pursuant to the terms of the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
