Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 15, 2012, entered in Civil Case Number 2010-CA-016929-O, in the Circuit Court for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE INVESTMENT TRUST 2007-1 is the Plaintiff, and GLORIA OVALLOS, et al., are the Defendants, Orange County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Orange County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 7866, BUILDING 37, OF THE SANCTUARY AT BAY HILL, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8396, PAGE 89, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL VALID AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN INDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THEEXHIBITS TO THE SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED, EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THERETO.
