DILLMAN; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JAIME R. DILLMAN N/K/A SHAUN GIEWONT; ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; MILLENNIUM PALMS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; CAPITAL ONE BANK; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Lydia Gardner will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www. myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on May 07, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT B, BUILDING 4759, MILLENNIUM PALMS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 9031, PAGE 4073, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
