NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-006437-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC, is Plaintiff, and FERNANDO SANTANA, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
Lot 312, ARBOR RIDGE WEST - UNIT 6, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 13, Page 71 and 72, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
