NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2008-CA-023616-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE COUNTY, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OA7 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2006-OA7, is Plaintiff, and MICHAEL DININNO A/K/A MICHAEL DINNINO, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM at www.myOrangeClerk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 22nd day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in the recorded Lis Pendens filed in the instant matter, to wit:
