NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Resecheduling the July 8, 2011 Foreclosure Sale filed March 19, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-58766 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Chase Home Finance LLC, is the Plaintiff and Elton C. Williams, Whiskey Creek Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 18 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
that certain condominium parcel composed of unit number 202, building 2 and an undivided 2.534% interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the declaration of condominium of whiskey creek adult condominium section one as recorded in official records book 1018, pages 1839 through 1869; and subject also to the articles of incorporation of the whiskey creek condominium association, inc., recorded in official records book 1018, pages 1870 through 1877; and the by-laws of said corporation recorded in official records book 1018, pages 1878 through 1887 and subject further to the management contract between the said association and w.s. home of florida, inc., as recorded in official records book 1018, pages 1888 through 1893; subject to further of the whiskey creek adult condominium ninety nine year net lease of recreation center as recorded in official records book 1018, pages 1894 through 1908, all in the public records of lee county, florida.
