Final Judgement was awarded on April 30, 2010 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-059966, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida, wherein hsbc bank usa, national association, as trustee for nomura asset acceptance corporation mortgage pass through certificates series 2005-ar6 is the Plaintiff, and, JULIA SHELL DAVIS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JUILIA SHELL DAVIS N/K/A TOM DAVIS; MORTGAGE ELECTORNIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are the Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on April 19, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 6, UNIT 2, SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
