NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEn pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 20, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 11-CC-003928 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Bonita Springs, Florida, that I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 19 day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 520 in Building No. 5 in RENAISSANCE CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as Clerk's Instrument No. 2005000094005 in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, as amended, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
