NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting the Foreclosure Sale filed March 19, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-061942 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Lehigh Acres, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff and PAUL BAREK, EVA BAREK, et. al. are the Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 18 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lots 27 and 28, Block 5884, Unit 92, Cape Coral Subdivision, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 25, Pages 26 to 34, inclusive, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
