Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 20 day of March, 2012,, in Civil Action No. 11-CC-006584, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which THORNBERRY II OF LEGENDS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, is the Plaintiff and CRISTIAN MORAR and MIHAELA MORAR, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00 AM., on the 19 day of April, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in the Final Judgment in Lee County, Florida:
Condominium Unit 202, Building 6, THORNBERRY II OF LEGENDS, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 4483, Page 2377, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
