Final Judgment was awarded on March 16, 2012 in Civil Case No. 36-2010-CA-058324, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, deutsche bank national trust company, as trustee for carrington mortgage loan trust, series 2005-nc3 asset backed pass-through certificates is the Plaintiff, and, LEON A. SMOKER, JR.; VIRGINIA SMOKER, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LEON SMOKER, JR.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VIRGINIA SMOKER; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM on-line at www.lee.realforeclose.com on April 16, 2012, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
lot 12, block 90, unit 10, lehigh acres, section 28 township 44 south, range 26 east, according to the plat thereof as recorded in plat book 15, page 79, public records of lee county, florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
