Final Judgment was awarded on May 15, 2009 in Civil Case No.: 08-CA-000860, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, AS TRUSTEE FOR ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2007-HE3 is the Plaintiff, and, JOSE J. MARTINEZ; ANA F. RODGRIGUEZ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 23 day of April, 2012, at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com , the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 6, BLOCK 38 OF LEHIGH ACRES EAST 1/2 SECTION 23-44-26, UNITS 1-7 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 67, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
