NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I, the undersigned Clerk of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, shall sell the property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on April 20, 2012, at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, the following-described real property:
Condominium Unit No. 221, KEEL CLUB CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1690, Page 2613, inclusive, and Condominium Plat Book 8, Pages 245 through 252, inclusive, both of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
The said sale will be made pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure of the Circuit Court of Lee County, Florida, in Civil Action No. 10-CA-057397, U.S. Bank, N.A., Plaintiff vs. Daniel Kempka, Defendant.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
