BEGINNING AT A CONCRETE MONUMENT AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 2, BLOCK 2, OF STARECO ADDITION, IN THE CITY OF FORT MYERS, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT ON FILE AND RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 29, IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF “C” STREET, 30.66 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; SAME BEING SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL WITH FOUNTAIN STREET, 123.2 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; SAME BEING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF LOT HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE EAST 40 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT; SAME BEING THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF LOT HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE SOUTH PARALLEL WITH FOUNTAIN STREET AND WITH WEST SIDE OF LOT HEREIN DESCRIBED; 123.2 FEET TO A CONCRETE MONUMENT ON THE NORTH SIDE OF “C” STREET; SAME BEING THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT HEREIN DESCRIBED; THENCE WEST ALONG THE NORTH SIDE OF “C” STREET, 9.34 FEET TO THE PLACE OF BEGINNING.
