NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 21, 2010 entered in Civil Case No. 09-CA-066327 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Lehigh Acres, Florida wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and MARGARET HORVATH, et.al. are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 09:00 AM on the 23 day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 12, Block 24, Country Club Estates, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 15, Page 106, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
