NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 23, 2012, and entered in 11-CA-053933 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida , wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, is a Plaintiff and PRIYA HARRIPAL; RABINDRANAUTH HARRIPAL; THE VILLAGES AT BUCKINGHAM, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are the Defendants. Charlie Green as The Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on April 23, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 20, BLOCK 11, OF THE RESERVE AT BUCKINGHAM, UNIT 2, AS PER MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 64, PAGES 44 AND 45, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
