NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed the 23 day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-57686, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and KARYN M. TIGHE, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT (S) and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KARYN M. TIGHE IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 22 day of June, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
