NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of March, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2008-CA-015074, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff and MARK C. BRAZIER A/K/A MARK BRAZIER; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN BROKERS CONDUIT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK C. BRAZIER A/K/A MARK BRAZIER; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, on the 20th day of April, 2012, at 10:00 AM on Pinellas County's Public Auction website: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 119, BUENA VISTA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 4, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
