NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-009657 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Miroslav Bajagic and Biljana Pivac are defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 4, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 229, THE FRENCH QUARTER NORTH, A CONDOMINIUM TOGETHER WITH A SHARE INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4916, PAGE(S) 929-980, AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS, AND AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 36, PAGE(S) 116-121, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
