NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed May 14, 2012 entered in Civil Case No. 2009-016174 DIV. 11 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein ALEC ROSS is the Plaintiff and DARREN P. CAMPBELL, are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 4TH day of June, 2012 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 14, Block 7, BAY RIDGE ESTATES FIRST ADDITION, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 57, Page 20, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
