NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause on February 20, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property described as follows:
Condominium Unit No. A, Building 1, SUNSET POINT, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 61, Pages 120 and 121, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5368, page 1237 through 1288 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. With the following street address: 1920 Peppermill Drive, Clearwater, Florida 33763.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at public sale on the 27th of April, 2012, beginning at 10:00 a.m. in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
