NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 1, 2012 and Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 16, 2012, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-020389-CI-08, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Villas of Seagate at St. Joseph Sound Owners' Association, Inc. is Plaintiff, and Greta Monty, Artur Elmazaj and Bank of America, N.A. are Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 24, 2012, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 29, VILLAS OF SEAGATE AT ST. JOSEPH SOUND, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 132,Pages 1 through 6,inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
