NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 12, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-0655-CO-41 of the COUNTY COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein WATER'S EDGE IV CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and EDWARD V. FAASEN; LOIS B. FAASEN; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF SUSAN DETWILER; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DIRK DETWILER; LE ANN DETWILER, HEIR AND BENEFICIARY OF ESTATE OF; KURT B. DETWILER, HEIR AND BENEFICIARY TO ESTATE O; LAURA DETWILER, SURVVING HEIR AND SPOUSE TO DIRK D and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit A-105, and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium of Water's Edge IV, A Condominium as recoded in O.R. book 5185, Pages 216 through 285, and any amendments thereto and the plat thereof as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 50, pages 38 through 49, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. the street address of which is: 11485 Oakhurst Rd., #A105 Largo, FL 33774.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
