NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 13, 2012, and entered in Case No. 11-007770-CO-041 of the CIRCUIT COURT OF THE SIXTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON VILLAGE I CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ESTELLE GOSSERT; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ESTELLE GOSSERT N/K/A MR. GOSSER; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNKNOWN TENANT 2 and UNKNOWN TENANT 1 are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 AM, on the 20th day of April, 2012 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Unit D, Building No. 131 of Pine Ridge at Lake Tarpon Village I-#1, A Condominium, Phase XI, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5702, Page 1317 and as amended by Amendment No. 4 recorded in Official Record Book 5740, Page 1640, and according to Condominium Plat book 74, Pages 57 through 61, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto, the street address of which is: 1398 Pine Ridge Circle E #D8 Tarpon Springs, FL, 34688.
A PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
