NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to that Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 12, 2012, and this Court's Order rescheduling the foreclosure sale, entered in Case No. 09-022190CI 020 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and MAHER ASTWANI, an individual; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MAHER ASTWANI n/k/a KHOLOD ASTWANI, are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash via online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on July 16, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure, and further described as follows:.
Lot 24, Block 8, SAWYER AND HARRELL'S 2nd ADDITION BOCA-CIEGA-PASS SUB., according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, together with the East 1/2 of the vacated alley abutting on the West.
Less that part thereof vested in the State of Florida Department of Transportation by Orders of Taking recorded in Official Records Book 8887, Page 123, and Official Records Book 8932, Page 834, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of this Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
