TOGETHER WITH: PART OF LOT 2, BLOCK F, BELMONT FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS: COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 2 AS A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 2, 150.00 FEET; THENCE EAST ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF LOT 2, 6.95 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY 150.17 FEET TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF LOT 2, SAID POINT BEING 0.33 FEET EAST OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 2; THENCE WEST ALONG SAID LINE 0.33 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
