Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure, entered in this cause on March 19, 2012, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Lot 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 of WENTWORTH, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 104, Page(s) 83, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

A portion of Lot 7 of the Plat of Wentworth, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 104, Page(s) 83 99, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, all lying and being in Section 15, Township 27 South, Range 16 East, Pinellas County, Florida, being more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Southwesterly most corner of said Lot 7; thence North 15º27'30” East, along the Westerly line of said Lot 7, a distance of 150.00 feet; thence South 68º20'09” East, a distance of 81.05 feet; thence South 55º55'43” East, a distance of 60.18 feet; thence South 37º05'24” West, a distance of 148.33 feet to a point on the Northerly right-of-way line of Wentworth Way, (a 50 foot right-of-way), said point being an arc of a circular curve concave to the Northeast, having a radius of 225.00 feet; thence along the arc of said curve to the left, through a central angle of 21º37'37”, an arc length of 84.93 feet, a chord bearing North 63º43'09” West a chord length of 84.43 feet to the Point of Beginning.
