NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09019064CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is Plaintiff, and PAULA ARCHILA F/K/A PAULA GONZALEZ, et al are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 3rd day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 15, Block B, Buckeye Subdivision, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page(s) 76, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
