NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10 10128 CI 13 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee on behalf of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust and for the registered holders of ACE Securities Corp. Home Equity Loan Trust, Series 2006-HE3, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, is Plaintiff and Stephen Woodland, and Vionece Marques, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 20th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block H of Romeo Heights, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page(s) 43, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 3025 57th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33714
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
