NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 20, 2012, and entered in Case No. 09001871CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. AURORA LOAN SERVICES, LLC is Plaintiff and AMY ZAWADSKI; DIANE CHANDLER; SUNTRUST BANK; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 4 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 36, BLOCK 44, COQUINA KEY SECTION 1 ADDITION, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 94, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
