NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 23, 2012, and entered in Case No. 52-2009-CA-018727, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and SCOTT R. ALMOND; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT R. ALMOND IF ANY; TIFFANY LESTER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF TIFFANY LESTER IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED, INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; TIFFANY STEWART; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 8 day of May, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 49, AVALON NO.2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
