NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That Pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 24th day of January A.D., 2012 in the cause wherein Chase Bank USA, NA (as assigned to Dove Investment Corporation) was plaintiff(s), and Jonathan M. Fair was defendant(s), being Case No. 07-9652-CO-041 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant, Jonathan M. Fair aka Jonathan Matthew Fair, in and to the following described property to wit:
