Notice is hereby given that pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of PINELLAS County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in PINELLAS County, Florida described as:
That certain parcel consisting of Apt. 1517. as shown on Condominium plat of CLEARVIEW OAKS CONDOMINIUM PARADISE SECTION - UNIT ONE, a condominium, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Pages 47 through 49, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded July 27, 1966 in Official Records Book 2428, Pages 326 through 341, together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made, all as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with the exhibits attached thereto and made a part thereof; and together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto.
Clerk of Circuit Court shall sell the subject property at public sale to the highest bidder for cash, except as set forth hereinafter, on 8th day of May, 2012, at 10:00 a.m. at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes.
