NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6th, 2012, and entered in Case No. 10016341CA 19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee for the registered holders of First NLC Trust 2007-1 Mortgage-Backed Certificates, Series 2007-1, is Plaintiff and Karen J. Riggs, Dylan Harrington, and Rick Harrington, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 20th day of April, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 5, Block 81, Tyrone, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 1, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 7528 36th Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, FL 33710
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
