NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 22, 2012 and an Order Canceling and Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated March 19, 2012 and entered in Case No. 10-11136-CO-41, of the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CLOVERPLACE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and ETHEL LEE GUILLORY and MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. are Defendants, KEN BURKE, Pinellas Clerk of Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash on April 27, 2012 in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., the following property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Condominium Parcel: Unit 87, CLOVERPLACE, PHASE II, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 75, Pages 29 through 31, inclusive and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 5669, Pages 189 through 257, of Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, and any amendments thereto.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60
DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
