NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 20, 2012, entered in Case Number 2011-3248-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, in which JKF Enterprises, LLC is plaintiff and Christopher E. Maillis A/K/A Chris Maillis and Tew & Associates, as successor in interest to Tew, Barnes & Atkinson, LLP are defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on April 26, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
Lots 2, 3 and 4, HILLCREST SUBDIVISION OF LOTS “A” AND “B” BLOCK 54, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 33 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
