NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated March 20, 2012, entered in Civil Case No.: 2011CA007969CI, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE SECURITIZATION SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF DECEMBER 1, 2005 STRUCTURED ASSET INVESTMENT LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-11, is Plaintiff, and EMILIO D. FAVALE A/K/A EMILIO FAVALE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EMILIO D. FAVALE A/K/A EMILIO FAVALE; SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on the 3rd day of May, 2012 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM APARTMENT UNIT NO.6, SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, NO. 3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 90 AND 91, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/73% INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SPRINGWOOD VILLAS II, INC., NO. 3, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 3718, PAGE 307, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 72-015891, AND AS AMENDED AT O.R. BOOK 3834, PAGE 408, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 72-088952, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
