NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Motion to Reschedule Sale dated March 14, 2012, and entered in 52-2009-CA-014340 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida , wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P., is the Plaintiff and ROSE ZABALA; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; JANE DOE N/K/A KRYSTAL ZABALA; UNKNOWN TENANT are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on April 18, 2012, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK A, WALSINGHAM'S ADDITION TO LARGO, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE 61, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
